FLEA TREATMENT CONTROL & PREVENTION

If the animal is already infested with fleas when the first dose of Pet Lovers Club ProtectFLW Cat/FLW Pup Kitten is applied, then adult fleas on the animal are killed and non-viable flea eggs are produced after the first application. This stops flea reproduction. Anenvironmental infestation of fleas may persist for a short time after beginning treatmentwith Pet Lovers Club Protect FLW Cat/FLW Pup Kitten because of the emergence of adultfleas from pre-existing pupae. However, significant reductions in flea infestations are to beexpected after just one monthly treatment as flea larvae in the animal’s surroundings arekilled or prevented from developing to adults by treatment with Pet Lovers Club ProtectFLW Cat/FLW Pup Kitten.

For the prevention and lasting control of flea infestations, Pet Lovers Club Protect FLW Cat/FLW Pup Kitten should be applied at monthlyintervals throughout the flea season, startingone month before fleas become active. This ensures that fleas infesting the animal arekilled and that no viable flea eggs are produced by these fleas. Flea larvae in the animal’ssurrounds are also killed by Pet Lovers Club Protect FLW Cat/FLW Pup Kitten. This breaksthe flea life cycle, controls and prevents flea infestations and improves the clinical signsassociated with flea allergy dermatitis in most animals. The clinical signs in some animalsmay not respond to this treatment alone.
