The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs said on April 13 that a lady caught trafficking narcotics in the Urals city of Nizhny Tagil had been taken into custody by the nation’s police.
She held a newborn baby and claimed to be a mother hugging her small daughter.
But behind the baby’s cozy garments was a cat. It is alleged that the suspect used these garments to conceal a significant quantity of metamfepramone.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has produced images demonstrating that the cat under search was even wearing a diaper. Police found five packets of metamfepramone during the search. This individual completed 12 deliveries without incident before the cops took him into custody.
During the search, 170 grams of cocaine were seized, according to the Russian Interior Ministry. According to Russian legislation, this is deemed a significant sum and is punishable by eight to fifteen years in jail.
